After Godfrey Dadich had established the brand identity for Majordomo Media—David Chang’s venture into defining a new kind of food media company—the team developed the promotional materials for his podcast, The Dave Chang Show. Produced alongside the Ringer, the show maintained a weekly cadence and our team would gather editorial and creative needs from interviews conducted at the beginning of the week. By Thursday, social and newsletter promos would launch in tandem with the episode release.

The show was named one of Apple’s Best Podcasts of 2018, and the instagram account garnered over 10,000 follows in organic growth.

The accompanying assets for each episode began with a blank slate that would take cues from the interview guest, content, and energy paired with the bright tonality of the newly defined Majordomo Media. The process would typically begin on Tuesday afternoon, where we would receive the raw cut of the interview, followed with a lighting fast round of iterative design options that underwent swift reviews and even faster implementation for launch that Thursday.
